Job Description:
Full-time, with rotating Saturdays Pay:
Depends on experience National Iron Bank is a small community bank, servicing Northwest, CT.
We are looking for a full- time Teller/Sales Representative to work in our Norfolk Branch.
Saturday's are required, on a rotating basis.
Experience is preferred but will train the right person.
Provide customers with efficient, accurate, knowledgeable and excellent customer service in a sales environment.
Promote all products and services of the bank to meet the individual needs of each customer.
Cross-sells bank products by informing customer of new services, products or promotions.
Ability to learn new policy and procedures in a timely manner.
Knowledge of bank's policies, procedures, products and services.
Desire to help customers through sales in a retail environment.
Desire to provide excellent service to every customer, every time.
Ability to perform tasks accurately.
Computer literate.
Stays in compliance with all banks operations and security procedures.
Sales background.
Keeps all customer information confidential.
Excellent attention to detail.
Process customer transactions, including but not limited to:
deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, money orders, travelers checks and cash advance.
Perform customer transactions accurately.
Always smile and greet the customer.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
